Vareš Fest – Dialogue, Solidarity, and Public Presence
The Adriatic Foundation was a key partner at Vareš Fest, a multidisciplinary event that brought together representatives of local communities, institutions and international stakeholders. As part of the festival, the Foundation actively promoted the topics of education, health and social solidarity, sharing educational and health resources with citizens of all generations.
A special value of this event is the connection of our scholarship holders with distinguished guests – including the Ambassador of the United Kingdom, Mr. Julian Reilly, and the Mayor of the Municipality of Vareš, Mr. Zdravko Marošević. These meetings enabled young people to gain insights into leadership, public service and the importance of community engagement.
The Foundation also sent a strong message of solidarity through a concrete action – donating the funds collected during the festival to the Kruh sv. Ante public kitchen, providing direct support to families in need.
