“A Step Toward a Better Future: Together Through Education, Prevention, and Creative Development” for Children Without Adequate Parental Care
The Adriatic Foundation, in cooperation with Mala Škola, has launched the project “A Step Toward a Better Future: Together Through Education, Prevention, and Creative Development” with the aim of providing comprehensive support to children without adequate parental care.
The project includes the following activities:
- Music Therapy – Aimed at helping reduce stress and anxiety, boosting self-confidence, and improving focus and concentration in children.
- Human Library – Where people shared their life stories face-to-face, breaking down stereotypes and building empathy.
- School Violence Prevention – Interactive workshops for primary school children designed to encourage empathy and nonviolent communication.
- Stress Prevention in Working with Children and Youth – Activities focused on supporting the emotional well-being of educators and school staff.
The implementation of the activities began in April 2025 and will continue until the end of the year.
Through this project, we aim to contribute to creating a safer, healthier, and more supportive environment for children, their families, and the community.
