Adriatic Foundation – Sponsor of the Youth Sports Games in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Supporting children, sports, and community spirit in 50 cities and municipalities across BiH
The Adriatic Foundation is proud to support this year’s Youth Sports Games, the largest regional amateur sports competition that brings together tens of thousands of children and young people from across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Through competitions in athletics, dodgeball, football, and basketball, participants not only gain valuable sports experience but also develop lifelong values – fair play, friendship, responsibility, and a strong sense of community.
This year’s Games were particularly significant – for the first time, events were held in Vareš, Kakanj, and Breza, making these municipalities part of a growing family of cities that give children the opportunity to express themselves through sports, make new friends, and learn important life lessons. Children from these communities who qualified for the finals joined other young athletes from across BiH at the grand finale in Sarajevo – an event celebrating youth, energy, and the future.
In cooperation with local communities, schools, and institutions, the Youth Sports Games will continue their mission in 50 cities and municipalities across Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2025. Thousands of children will have the chance to compete, have fun, and discover the importance of teamwork and a healthy lifestyle.
