Farms on the Road to Success – Empowering Local Farms
In cooperation with USAID, the Adriatic Foundation implemented the educational program ‘Farms on the Road to Success,’ enabling local farms and small businesses to gain knowledge in branding, market positioning, and business sustainability. This initiative had a direct impact on farmers, helping them improve product placement, expand their customer network, and increase their economic opportunities.
Through this program, participants worked with mentors and agribusiness experts to analyze market trends and adapt business strategies for long-term sustainability.
